Barbara’s Favorite Sweet Treat<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

HOT BUNS<\/em><\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

The ultimate cinnamon rolls.<\/em><\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

Dough<\/em><\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

1 cup water (warm)<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

1 tablespoon or package of yeast<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

3 tablespoons sugar<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

1 tablespoon vegetable oil<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

1 teaspoon salt<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

3 cups flour<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

In medium sized bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water, sugar, oil, and salt. Slowly add flour and knead into a ball place in a bowl sprayed with cooking spray, cover with plastic wrap and allow dough to rise. On a floured surface, roll dough out into a rectangle 12\u201d x 8\u201d x about \u00be\u201d thick.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

Filling<\/em><\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

Half cube of butter softened<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

\u00bd cup light brown sugar<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

1 teaspoon cinnamon<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

Spread softened butter across dough, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Starting at long edge roll loosely until the dough is in a log. Use floss to cut into six equal parts. About 2\u201d thick spiral. Place in a 9\u201d x 12\u201d casserole dish and allow it to rise again. Preheat oven to 350\u00ba. When rolls have doubled bake for 18-20 minutes.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

Sauce<\/em><\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

1 cup sugar<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

\u00bd cup butter<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

1 egg<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

1 tsp. vanilla<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

In a sauce pan combine sugar, butter, and egg, whisk together and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil for a minute. Take off heat and add the vanilla. Dribble over Hot Buns for extra Ahhh!<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

Alec from Treasure of Egypt is the most romantic to me. I think he is the sexiest alpha-male type I\u2019ve written, but he\u2019s also a real hero. He\u2019s caring, straightforward, faithful, and respectful of woman and he knows how to actually woo and woman.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

What is the \u201cMost\u201d romantic gift you ever received? Why?<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

Flowers and chocolates on an ordinary day just to say I love you.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

What do you consider romantic that doesn\u2019t cost money?<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

I really like to cuddle, but when in public holding hands is a nice way to connect.\u00a0<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n
